Europe expected to open mostly higher.






       Futures on major stock indexes in Europe pointed to a mostly higher open on Monday, despite the rising political uncertainly on the continent and as investors gear up for a potential rise in interest rates in the United States.

       Market participants are expected to keep a close eye on several key political events taking place in Europe this week. In theUnited Kingdom, Prime Minister Theresa May could trigger Brexit negotitations following the vote in the House of Commons, as she has previously promised to do so by the end of this month. Elsewhere, German Chancellor Angela Merkel will pay a visit to the US today, while Dutch voters will choose thier next government on Wednesday.

        The FTSE 100 index was seenadding 0.26% on opening bell in London at 8.05 am CET, while the German DAX was ecpected to increase 0.05% at the same time. In Paris, futures on the CAC 40 suggested the index will start the day almost flat. Meanwhile, the euro advanced 0.19% against the US dollar, changing hands at 1.07074, but lost 0.12% compared to the British pound to trade 1.1403 for one unit of standing.
